
MAJOR REHABILITATION OF A HISTORICAL RESIDENTIAL BUILDING
Major rehabilitation of a neoclassical style residential building, built in 1952/53, located within a cluster of buildings of a similar style and historical significance in the upper side of the Gràcia district of Barcelona. The project consisted of the rehabilitation and reconfiguration of the entire building layout, resulting in an increase in the total number of residential units.
The objective of the project was to bring the resulting units to current code and living standards and expectations, while respecting the historical architectural character of the building.
