SINGLE-FAMILY HOUSE IN MIRASOL

The house is located in one of the residential neighborhoods of Sant Cugat. It is composed of a ground floor and a first floor. The home is organized in two blocks: one closed, where the services are located, and the other open and glazed, where the living room, kitchen, and bedrooms are located, which open to the garden. Access from the outside creates a large opening in the façade of the service block, where the staircase that articulates the floors is placed. The materials used are: handcrafted brick, iron and wood.
