The Balustrade crowning includes a solid mass upon the axis of symmetry, which holds the inscription of the construction year of 1842. The ornamental finish can be distinguished by its sober tone. The highlights of the building notably include the first level’s cast iron railings, which allude to maritime themes. The ornamental finish can be distinguished by its sober tone.
This project focused on the rehabilitation of the facade, whose condition had been damaged by harsh weather and a lack of proper maintenance. Due to the location, the primary goal was to build a visually appealing facade in order to improve the overall image of the neighborhood and integrate the building with the neighboring properties.
